Breakfast Smoothies 3

  • 1 /2 red grapefruit
  • Handful Swiss chard
  • Handful spinach
  • 2 small plums
  • 2 tbs Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain fat and filler free
  • Ice and water

* You can add some stevia to sweeten it up if you like.

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple (core removed)
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 3 small carrots (I used heirloom carrots yellow and orange)
  • Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbs flax seeds
  • Water and Ice

  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbs Chia seeds
  • Water and ice

  • 5 small carrots
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 2 handfuls Swiss chard
  • 2 tbs flax seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain fat and filler free
  • Water and ice

* Warning... The chard is strong. Use spinach or kale if you don't like that earthy taste.

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 2/3 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbs Chia seeds
  • Water and ice

* 1 could have added another slice of pineapple and way more spinach but I was in a hurry. Very good with the passion fruit completely overpowering the rest of the ingredients.

  • 2 handfuls Swiss Chard
  • 1 cup (heaping) frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana (not super ripe yet)
  • 3 TBS raw, hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt (fat and filler free)
  • Water (didn't need ice today)

* It is good...a bit tart but I wanted to make sure to mask the earthy taste of the chard.

  • 2 handfuls power greens (a mix of spinach, kale and Swiss chard)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (I bought a bunch on sale at Costco and froze some)
  • 2 tbs flax seeds
  • 2/3 cup Greek Yogurt (plain and filler free)
  • Water

* Yummy! You can really taste the raspberries in this one. Kind of tart..you can sweeten if you like. I don't use added sugar but I do have a bottle of liquid stevia that I use in sour emergencies.

  • 2 handfuls power greens (kale, spinach, Swiss chard)
  • 1/3 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1/3 cup blackberries (fresh)
  • 1/3 cup raspberries (fresh)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (fat and filler free)
  • 2 tbs flax seeds
  • Water and Ice

* This is a yummy, berry smoothie but fair warning...it is seedy. All the berries have seeds and the flax seeds added make this really seedy.

  • 2 handfuls kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 white peach
  • 1 tbs SP complete

  • 1/2 cup frozen berry mix (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 scoop whey powder (vanilla)
